I. INFORMATION COLLECTED

  1 Personal Information :

To access the Services, BBmdevapps may collect information about you, but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. The types of personal information collected in conjunction with the activities listed above will vary depending on the activity. The requested Personal Information may include, but are not limited to: (i) your name, (ii) mailing address, (iii) telephone number, (iv) email address, (v) photo or other image,  and  location.  You may choose not to provide certain information, but in doing so you may not be able to take advantage of many of our features. in many of our apps we use READ_PHONE_STATE which allow :

to read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.and we ensure you that we do not use theme or share theme to any third party .

   2 Non-Personal Information :

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Non-Personal Information” means information that does not directly identify you. BBmdevapps may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain Non-Personal Information that does not directly enable BBmdevapps to identify you. The types of Non-Personal Information BBmdevapps may collect and use include, but are not limited to:  device properties, including, but not limited to IP address, unique device identifier or other persistent or non-persistent device identifier (“Device ID”);  device software platform and firmware;  mobile phone carrier;  geographical data such as zip code, area code and approximate location;  game progress, time used playing, score and achievements; (vi) other Non-Personal Information as reasonably required by BBmdevapps to enhance the Services and other BBmdevapps products and services.

In above situation, we guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains.

Also some of our apps is using a server protected by the protocole of HTTPS to bring data from the server to installed apps to provide more security to our users .

II  Revisions to the Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time. But when we do, we’ll let you know one way or another. Sometimes, we’ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the privacy policy that’s available on our mobile application.
